Interpreting the U.S. Constitution can be a difficult and daunting task. There are generally 2 trains of thought when discussing the Constitution and the Bill of Rights: 1) Original intent; 2) Living document.
Considering the above, should the U.S. Constitution be based on the concept
of Originalism, or, conversely, on the concept of Living Constitutionalism?
